No, not a five finger discount!
Today, Brandon and I decided that we would go to Bath & Body Works to pick up some hand soap for the bathroom since it was on sale. In case you didn't know, B&BW has a policy that if you don't like it, bring it back and exchange it, or get store credit for it! So, I had some lotion and body spray that I had just sitting in the closet, and Brandon had some cologne that he had gotten for Christmas that he just didn't like too much. So, we took all that back, and got $46 store credit!
The handsoaps were on sale for $3.33 a piece. So, we got 10 of those, and Brandon got a bar of their Mentha face soap. I had two different coupons for a free signature body collection with a $10 purchase. So, we broke our stuff up into two transactions, and I got a free lotion and body spray!
So, here's the breakdown:
-handsoaps, $5 (regular price. but they were on sale for $3.33)
-mentha bar soap, $7.50
-lotion, $10.50
-body spray, $11.50
That's $79.50 worth of stuff....and I paid NOTHING for it, and had about 4 dollars left on my store credit/gift card!! Love these kinds of "deals"!
